| What consistancy for chicken sauce/glaze in turn in box?

Preparing for my first comp. I am finally getting my chicken to have nice skin and good taste. What I don't know however is if the turn in chicken can have finger lickin sauce or should the sauce/glaze be set pretty well so as not to come off on the fingers?
