...The Netherlands, that is. The BBQ virus swam the Atlantic and is now firmly rooted throughout Europe. My name is Mike (31 for NL and 40 for Eindhoven)and I am an avid WSM fan. Over here there is a rapidly growing number of likeminded and we meet up at: www.bbqforum.nl This is the largest online hangout for Dutch-speaking BBQ enthusiasts. This year we celebrated the first edition of NKBBQ2010: Dutch National BBQ Championships (WBQA rules). All here are invited for the 2011 dates. Until then I am happy to join this awesome community.

Welcome Mike!
Eindhoven is in the south, yes? So not only did BBQ cross the Atlantic, it naturally migrated to each country's southern regions! ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ The 4 Basic Elements - Air, Fire, Charcoal, BBQ |

Welcome Mike,
We are glad to have you with us. It looks like the European membership is really taking off. Spread the word to your fellow enthusiasts. The more the merrier. Mac "I find that a half pound of meat really wakes up a veggie burger.." H. Simpson |
