Hi all,

my name is Anders and I'm currently living in the south of France, close the the Pyrenees. I bought a 22.5" OTP a few months ago and have mostly done grilling and beer can chickens on it. Yesterday though, I did venture into low and slow with very nice results.

Nice job Anders - It's always fun to turn out a cook that meets or exceeds your expectations. That cook would make anyone happy, especially any guests you might have over. Bob

I guess if you have to live in France, that area wouldn't be so bad.

Well, that depends on if you would like to go skiing in the winter, mountain biking in the summer, visiting vineyards in the fall or hiking in the spring? I suppose I just summoned up why we moved here. Smiler
