Hi All - i've been visiting this site as a visitor for some time - lots of good info here! I've been doing some smoking in my gas weber with mixed results. then tried some ribs over the weekend with my kettle weber - didn't turn out too good - too much smoke!! Frowner I guess that's what happens when you don't do a little reading before jumping in. On the bright side i know what i won't do again (only one piece of hickory!).

I just bought the 22.5" WSM which should be arriving shortly. I can't wait to try all the yummy stuff i'm reading. I gotta say I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas - there must be something wrong with me....

If it's smokin' it's cookin', if it's black it's done!
