Hello,

I'm Tom, 25 years and living in Belgium.
I've bought my first wsm 18 a week ago, but I haven't tested him allready.

I've used my WSM for the first time yesterday! I've made 3 babybacks. They were 4 hours on the wsm and tasted delicious! I've sprayed them 3 times with apple juice and glazed them the last 30 minutes with SBR + Chipotle tabasco + honey + apple juice. I served it with a musterd coleslaw from Big Bob Gibson.
