Hello all,

My name is Stan and I am a new smoker from Berkley, MI. I have done some smoking on my gas grill but thought I would try it with a real smoker. I bought a 18.5 WSM on Tuesday and was smoking some ribs that day (well, that night). I tried a hybrid version of the BRITU recipe and my own (mainly brining and a rub recipe that I know I like). They turned out great! Looking forward to more outstanding results.

My name is Mike, and I'm a smoke-a-holic.
It's been a week since my last cook, and I feel another one coming on.
Welcome to the forum, and don't forget the pics.
