Hi all,

I've been watching several boards for a year or so now and this one is bar far the best. Thanks to everyone who shares their knowledge and for keeping a respectable tone with everyone on the forums, that is refreshing. My Q and my grillage has come a long way thanks to you all! Time to check my pork butts; I've got 12 butts on my 22.5" WSM, been going low and slow all night so they are getting close! These will become BBQ sandwiches for next weekends church picnic.

Since you've been hanging around for awhile now, you know eveyone here loves to see photos of food!
So, with the 12 butts you're cookin', get out that camera and snap us a few shots Big Grin
Don't think i've seen that many butts since i was at Bradford Beach Wink
Enjoy Your Stay Brian
