time to clean my EP-320. Just bought a house and installed a NG line. So I have to convert my grill from Propane to NG with a new manifold.

Lately I've been having a problem with my middle burner. It wasn't igniting while the rest of the burners were. Took off the flavorizer bars and lo and behold the whole thing was just flat out greasy. I got a tooth brush and poked holes and tried to brush it. But some of them were so thick and covered in grease I knew that a good soaking is the way to go.

I remember reading about someone who took all the burners and the grates, put them in a bucket with some sort of cleaning tab/tablets and it just cleaned the crap out of it inside out. Anyone know of or remember something similar?

If not, should I just go to bat with a degreaser (dawn? greased ligthening?) and a brush and a hose?

I also got a bottle of Simple Green oven/grill cleaner lets see how well that works on the inside. Got some bar keepers friend for the rest of the stainless parts.
