My favorite BBQ/Grilling Books are (in no particular order):

Weber's "Charcoal Grilling: The Art Of Cooking With Live Fire"

Webers "Way to Grill".

"Legends of Texas Barbecue"- Good read and recipes.

I also like Raichlens "How to Grill" lots of good technique in there.

I am Currently Reading A.P. Lang's "Serious BBQ" and I like the read so far but have yet to try a recipe. I noticed that the recipes are detailed and have many ingredients.

My favorite above all others is Paul Kirk's Championship Barbecue Sauces book. It's a simple no fluff recipe book for barbecue sauces, mops, mustards and rubs. I don't make my own barbecue sauce or use mops, but the mustards and rubs in that book are awesome.
