Gotta go with the cow. IMO you can't beat a great steak for breakfast, lunch, or dinner....or a snack for that matter.

That's got me thinking. I need to cook some Ozark Grillers. That's a small piece of steak, stuffed with cheddar cheese, and wrapped in bacon. Usually cook em' over gas but I might try em' on the smoker next time....

Oh, I just realized that falls into both categories. Oh well...

Interesting, I'm only the 2nd person who picked "fish."

This is based on my question to myself - would I rather go without alcohol for the rest of my life, or without meat?

I decided that as long as I could be one of those vegetarians that eats seafood, I could go without meat.
