Marinated Tomatoes

1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 t salt
1/4 t black pepper
1/2 t oregano
1/2 t thyme
6 large fresh tomatoes sliced

t = teaspoon
marinate 3 hours or more
sub oils and vinegars at your pleasure

These tomatoes when roasted or dried are fabulous on pizza
