I just have to share this pesto recipe.

Its awsome with all types of food.

Try it out u wont regret it.

Mix up everything in a blender easy and fast.

1/2 cup parsley
1/2 cup good vegteble oil(not evoo couse of the
stong taste)i use Rape oil.
1/2 cup dry aged cheese like Parmesan
25 basil leafes
1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
1 garlic clove

Start to add the oil slowly in the mixer and when it gets smooth u can add it faster.

Hope u like it as mutch as i am(use it for all my chicken/beef/pork dishes.

I have made a similar pesto using pine nuts instead of the parmesan cheese. I agree with you that pesto is fantastic.

I grow fresh basil on my deck and have an ample supply.

pine nuts i have never tryed in this pesto altho it might work(not a big fan of any nuts in food)

But the cheese gives u a free salt/creamy boost.

Well i try nuts if u try cheese Wink

Do u roast em in a non fat pan before the mixer?
