I have a 1.5lb prok loin and am wondering about how many hours I should expect for it to reach 145 if smoking it at about 240.

Loin or tenderloin? Either way it will be quick, somewhere around 40min-1.2hrs.

Porkloin cooks quick. It can also be oversmoked so be careful. I'd say 1-2 hours. I'm always supprised aat how quick these come off the smoker. Also are you going to sear or reverse sear? It will shorten the time.
