Merry Christmas everybody! We got our "snow" last week,so of course its raining today. Hard. Can't fire up the WSM in the rain. Oh well, I've still got the Genesis. Put the ham on about 10,indirect. Put the brined turkey breast on about noon,also indirect. I also added a smoke pouch of soaked maple chips( I'm out of apple ). I just glazed the ham using a modified whiskey mustard glaze that our esteemed administrator told us about. They are both going to come off in about an hour,and we will eat about 2:30. Merry Christmas again! PS,will post pics later.

Dave,I don't brown nose that often! But you never know when it'll come in handy!
