Just plain old traditional, basic Thanksgiving here again this year .. Just the way we like it. Smiler Here's our 16.22 lb bird after 6.25 hours at 245º over Kingsford Competition with 4 chunks of hickory. We liked it ..

Thanks guys! Cool I have to credit Larry Wolfe for talking me into trying low and slow on a turkey (for the 1st time) as I usually smoke them at around 325º. Also used his basic brine. Took just a tad longer than expected but extremely good overall.
