Mansmith BBQ rolls their mobile rig into Hollister every Friday, serving tri-tip sandwiches from 12:00pm-7:00pm and whole tri-tips, ribs, chicken, beans and garlic bread to go from 2:30pm-7:00pm.

Love the tri-tip sandwiches! All barbecue is cooked over an open oak wood fire.
