The most striking feature about the one in Cotati (I've not been to any of the others, maybe they have this, too) is the big, open circular brick pit out front of the restaurant with the huge round cooking grate that swings over the pit on a big crane-like armature.

They have a variety of stuff, but I always go for the tri-tip sandwiches. Pretty tasty, and I really like the sweet, almost fruity sauce they serve warm on the side. Kind of a greasy spoon, don't look too closely at how clean the place is...but the sammies are pretty good!
