Hi Harry, thanks so much for giving so generously of your time here this week.

I was wondering if you've noticed whether the bark on wood chunks creates an unpleasant smoke? I read somewhere that removing the bark on wood chunks creates less bitter/acrid smoke. THOUGHTS?

Bill

Good question. I've heard of that too. From my experience, I've never had issues with bark on wood chunks from the wood I buy from HomeD and BBQs Galore and haven't had any problems.
