I am trying to decide between a Q100 and a Q120.
I read on wikipedia that "Above 8000 feet lighters with piezo-electric ignition are no longer reliable." Has anyone ignition problems with the Qx20 at high altitudes? It seems like the x20 models come with the piezo ignition, since I am going to take mine camping at around 7600 feet and I wonder if I am going to have a problem. Thanks, Russell Russell If you're not on somebody's *hit list, you're not doing anything worthwhile |

If you have a problem use a match. The electronic (battery operated) is by far the best as is the Q120 over the Q100. The side tables are invaluable when cooking when you need to rest something. Cheers "Captain Cook" Life isn't about how to survive the storm, but how to dance in the rain |

I guess to each his own ! I prefer piezo starters they seem to last forever and the electronic ones always seem to have a dead battery just about the time I don't have a match handy or a new battery :O)
As for side tables I set my 100 on our picnic table so no need for side tables But of course YMMV |
