Made these chips last week:
  • Cut unpeeled sweet potatoes into very thin slices.
  • Coat with olive oil cooking spray.
  • Sprinkle slices with turbinado sugar, cayenne pepper and kosher or sea salt.
  • Bake at 400'F until crispy
    (keep a watchful eye on these, and you may want to flip them)
    A cold beverage should be at hand when tasting.
    SweetHeat!
    Great snack for the SuperBowl!

    I make sweet potato fries and dip them in Curry Mayo.
