Posted Made these chips last week: Cut unpeeled sweet potatoes into very thin slices. Coat with olive oil cooking spray. Sprinkle slices with turbinado sugar, cayenne pepper and kosher or sea salt. Bake at 400'F until crispy (keep a watchful eye on these, and you may want to flip them) A cold beverage should be at hand when tasting. SweetHeat! Great snack for the SuperBowl!
