Alton Brown did a variation on the Pig Candy recipe which he called Bacon Pralines.

~ 1 lb of thick cut bacon, slices laid on rack&pan.
~ Put into 400º oven for 30~35 min, bake until almost done.
~ Process 1.5 oz of Pecan Halves and 2.5 oz of Brown Sugar until they resemble graham crackers.
~ Remove bacon from oven and sprinkle on mix and pat down to adhere.
~ Put bacon back into oven for 10 min until crispy.
