Taken from Cooks.com, this is super easy, very juicy, and really tasty!

3 Tbsp. EVOO
1 Tbsp. White wine vinegar
2 tsp. Fresh chopped Rosemary
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Fresh gr. black pepper
2 cloves chopped garlic
2 - 3/4# Pork tenderloins

Combine the first 6 items and place in a zipper bag along with the tenderloin. Marinate for 3-8 hours. Place meat on a hot grill 12 - 15 minutes, or until internal temp of 145* - 150*. Tent loosly with foil and rest 10 minutes before slicing in 1/2" pieces.

I did a meal for 60 plus, grilling over 19# and using 2 kettles. It was so easy and everyone raved about the flavor and how juicy the meat was.

Smoke on !!!

I've made this one a couple times now and the family loves it. I recommend it.

This sounds wonderful and I want to make this tonight. Is the tenderloin grilled direct or indirect?
