I was doing some broth today to se if it will give me some amazing pulled pork reheating base.

Like the oven brased pulled pork.

If im going in to the catering service this could help.

Broth was made from roasted pork bones,selery,onions,carrots,tomatoe paste and some garlic.

Spices:rosmary,paprika,salvia,salt&pepper.

Let it cook for about 4hours

Here are some pictures:










squeeze out every single flavor from the remains.






Finished product,will rest in the refrigerator over night and i use it tommorow when reheating.
