Having opened a can of chipotles in adobo for just one pepper, I needed to do something with the rest. I saw JimK's "Mojo Chipotle" here: http://tvwbb.com/eve/forums/a/...=196108495#196108495
and was inspired to create this. Extremely flavorful, hot and delicious.

1 small can chipotles in adobo sauce
1/2 cup favorite red salsa (Pace)
1/4 cup favorite green salsa
1/4 cup water
1 tbs molasses
2 tbs honey

Blend or food process to a saucy consistency. Serve.
