i made this for the firt time yesterday. this is as good as chipotle mayo but just different. definitely a keeper

recipe as follows:

1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
1/2 of a small tomato
1/4 of an onion
1 or 2 serrano peppers
1 clove peeled garlic
blend in food processor

add:
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon kosher or lawrys salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
blend again

try it, its good
