Does anybody know the first year Weber sold the SJ?
The reason I ask is, my Brother in-law has this one 1980. It still cooks great, just looks a little rough.
I'm in negotiations to acquire it.

It could even be a little earlier than the late 60s too, I know you may have seen the Galley Que...the little blue guy, sort of has some Smokey Joe in it and that was from 1960. A few of our members have one of them. Id love to find one of those.
Hey heres a question to all the members...has anyone seen a yellow Smokey Joe or even own one? Ive never seen one, but saw an older brochure that pictured one, it has the offset handle on top.
