Cool
Right on, I'm doing some St. Louie's today too. It's my first go on the new WSM. I've got a an issue with the dome temp though, It's wants to ride at 200*. Yours are looking fantastic.

Jim - The ribs look great. Also, great idea - small grill with dogs and a skirt steak. My wife even likes the idea! Nice backyard too.

Thanks for the cool comments guys!
Here is a rest of the story...
Ribs came off after 4 hours then foiled and placed in the warming tray of the oven...

...then Raymond sweet corn and fingerlings were intro'd to the WSM hot coals...

Fingers and cobs complete and foiled...

Ribs taken from the WT then sliced...

...and SERVED!

for some unknown reason to me Roll Eyes , i can not post other photos for this cook so it has been editted to fit this time slot. Razzer
Thank you for swinging by, hope next time you can stay a while longer Wink
Enjoy the remainder of this Holiday weekend, hope it was a safe and a special one for you and your family.
Good night.

WOW that looks quite good. I just ate and I can't fit another thing but if all that was in front of me I'd find a way!

BTW Jim, I love the 4 grills lining the house!
