So I modified my SJS to hold a 5lb boston butt.

I started my butt at 1pm today. Would have started it earlier but lets just say I enjoyed the NASCAR race last night a little to much...



After Five and half hours here is what it looks like.



Hopefully I will be done by 9-10pm. I am a night owl anyways.


22.5" "Copperhead" OTS and 2 SJS, one stock and one modified into a smoker.

Thanks for the comments. Here is the end result. This is the first time I have used a pair of bear claws. Boy do they make pulled pork easy!
