What do you think, Gents? Would it come out good, ya think?

Or should I just use the old standby butt rubs?

Well, I made up a big batch of it, rubbed down 2 pork butts and put them on the smoker half an hour ago with apple/cherry wood.

Gonna sleep while my meat cooks.
