Here is the start and finish 14 hours later of my pork butt BBQ
I was told by everyone it was the best pulled pork they ever had. Well who knows if that is true. Now some pictures to show off. In the beginning  Hmm Weber temp is different from Maverick Temp who would have thought?   Sweet shot of the butts with the pool in the background  Ready to take off the smoker!  Ready to pull! Looks great! Thanks for the pic showing the difference in temps. I'm new so it's nice to be reminded/shown not to necessarily trust that little Weber thermometer.
